LAW

Law, made by the rulers- the political servant of the exploiter ruling classes is an instrument for serving and protecting the interest of the exploiters by saving, securing and protecting the property of the exploiter classes from illegal transfer of property of exploiters - a legal but totally unfair and unjustified objects - the cause of all existing evil things; And currently from abolition of capitalist property by the working class to exist as the exploiter capitalist class to exploit the wage slaves- the producer of capital- the unpaid labor. So, the end of law is the condition for the emancipation by abolishing the capitalist property by the communist revolution by the working class alone.

 

Law is nothing but a chain to chain men by men to rule by men by men by oppressing and overpowering by using the state- a big bundle of huge chains but the strongest oppressive machine of exploiter ruling classes. So, the end of state by abolishing the capitalist property by the working class alone is the condition for ending law for the emancipation by communism- scientific society of equals based on social property thus, everyone is free to do anything freely in communism- a most modern and fully humanitarian society of liberty and freedom of everyone of the world.

 

Law is nothing but a very sharp weapon of the parasitic classes to punish including killing or beheading the violators of law. So, the end of rule of law by vanishing state by abolishing capitalist property by the working class alone is the condition for ending all types of punishment including judicial killing for the emancipation.

 

Law is nothing but an effective instrument of the exploiter classes to produce crime - the violation of law. Sure, there was no law made by the rulers in ancient society thus, there was no crime and punishment in ancient society so, no one was criminal or judge in ancient society. But, there was law, crime, punishment, judge etc in brutal slavery society, based on private property thus, there was exploiter of men by men in slavery society- the first exploitative and class divided society in the history of mankind so, there was politics- the supreme policy of all evil polices made by the exploiter ruling classes and politicians along with political organization that is state in slavery society. Though last and final but the Capitalist society is also an exploitative and class divided society based on capitalist property thus, there are politics, politicians, political organizations including state, law, crime, judiciary, punishment including judicial killing etc in capitalism.

 

But, communism- the historical consequence of capitalism, based on social property is free from politics, politicians, political organization, law, crime, punishment, etc nonsense thus, communism is a scientific society of equals, free from division and discrimination among the human being even by sex so, communism- the replacement of capitalism by the working class alone is a society of eternal peace, love and humanity.
