If there is no exploitation, there is no exploiter.
Thus, there is no need to serve and protect the interest of the exploiters by the politics to confuse, oppress and overpowering the exploiters;

There is no need any armed forces to guard, to defend and protect any exploiters or his exploitative interest;

There is no need any law to protect the exploitative property to safe and secure the exploitative interest;

There is no court to judge by following the law of exploiters to serve and protect the interest of the exploiters by confirming and determining right of exploiters and punishment of the violators of the law;  

There is no necessity of any philosophy or philosopher to explain to justify the interest of the exploiters to hypnotized the exploited;

And, there is no necessity of a state -the strongest machine of the exploiters to control, oppressed and overpowering the exploiters.
Sure, the ancient society was free from exploitation man by man thus, there was no such nonsense rather, all were equal but with so many limitations.

The age of ancient society was not less than 295,000 years.
Slavery, feudal and capitalist society are exploitative thereby all such weapons of exploiters more or less has been existing.
The age of exploitative societies are not more than 7,600 years.
Socialism-the replacement of capitalism by the working class alone is a society free from exploitation.

Thus, question does not arise to exist any weapon of exploiters including politics and state in socialism.

Rather, all will be not only equal but also a member of a single and undivided human being with full sense of humanity- a fellow feeling of everyone to all of the whole mankind  thereby, every able bodied will work jointly to win the limitation by all out fight against the nature to win nature to use nature for the best welfare of the whole  human being.

But, Lenin has founded a state of state capitalism along with all weapons of exploiters, but he claimed it as socialist.

Therefore, Lenin was not only boss of the exploiters but also big liar even about capitalism- the last and final class divided society, founded by the capitalist class but will vanish by the working class -the producer of capital.
